Modern dentistry
Technology is our ally.
A fully digital practice isn't about gadgets — it's about precision you can see, earlier detection, and visits that feel calmer because nothing is guesswork.
CBCT 3D imaging
Cone beam CT gives us a three-dimensional view of your jaw, nerves, and sinuses that flat X-rays simply can't provide. It's what makes implant placement precise rather than approximate — we map exactly where an implant will sit before anything happens in your mouth — and it's equally valuable for evaluating impacted teeth, root anatomy, and bone volume. Low-radiation digital X-rays cover everyday diagnostics, and everything appears on screen so findings are something we look at together.
iTero digital scanning — goodbye, goopy impressions
Our handheld iTero scanner captures a precise 3D model of your teeth in minutes — no trays, no impression material, no gagging. It's how Invisalign cases are planned and simulated, how crowns are designed to fit correctly the first time, and how restorative work is mapped before it begins.
Intraoral cameras
Small HD cameras capture detailed images inside your mouth, so you can see exactly what we see — a cracked filling or early decay explained with a photo, not just a pointing finger.
Virtual smile simulation
For cosmetic work, digital smile simulation lets you preview your projected result before committing to anything — the same see-it-first philosophy behind Dr. Khan's veneer work at The Veneer Suite.
Common questions
What is CBCT 3D imaging used for?+
A three-dimensional view of the jaw, nerves and sinuses. It maps implant placement, evaluates impacted teeth and root anatomy, and measures bone volume.
What is the iTero scanner?+
A digital scanner that captures a 3D model of your teeth without impression material. It is used for Invisalign planning, crown design and restorative work.
Why do you use intraoral cameras?+
So you can see what we see: cracks, decay and wear shown on screen in HD before any treatment is recommended.
Can I preview cosmetic results?+
Yes. Digital smile simulation shows a preview before treatment starts.
Does the technology change the cost?+
Imaging is part of planning implants, Invisalign and restorations; you receive the cost of any treatment at the consultation before committing.
Do I need a referral to another office for scans?+
No. CBCT and digital scanning are done in-house at 416 S Henderson St, Fort Worth.
